1.  Are you enrolled in or attending a UMC approved seminary or school of religion?
          If yes, you qualify, if no, proceed.
2.  Are you attending a college or university within the boundaries of this Annual Conference?
          If yes, you qualify, if no, proceed.
3.  Are you majoring in Elementary Education?
          If yes and proof is provided, you qualify,
          If no, sorry, no funds are available at this time.

The deadline for the 2010 Spring semester is December 31, 2009. Please be advised that the deadline is strictly adhered to; a COMPLETE application packet must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2009 or it will not be considered. In order to spread the wealth no one person can be funded twice in a twelve month period.
